This is a Y2K era Sweet Pea by Stacy Frati polka dot mesh blouse. It is a size L and is shown on a size 8 mannequin. It can fit a size 8/10 comfortably. This was probably worn once. This was in my moms closet for a while. She purchased it at a high end department store called Halls in Kansas City in the early 2000's. Her shirts were iconic mesh and this one looks nearly new. They are hard to find in this condition. It is a hand wash only in cold.
