This is a Y2K era black velvet Page (brand, not Paige) shirt/blouse. This is a sexy sheer style in the front that does show a bra and the velvet part of the shirt fits tight so it does show cleavage if you do not wear a bra. The label is loose on one side. This was my mom's and she only wore it a few times. It was purchased in Kansas City at a high end department store called Halls. This is a size L and it is shown on a size 8 mannequin. It is probably a size 9/10. Dry clean only, it is made of silk.
