This is a vintage 1970's designer couture Rizkallah (who also designed for Malcolm Starr) for Don Friese Ltd pea green silk taffeta 2-piece outfit including a blazer jacket with velvet trim and a full-length matching skirt.
Condition notes: small spot on lining (dot sized), small mark on front shoulder, small pull on backside, tiny mark on waist band. fully lined in silk.
