This is a Vintage 1950's blue and white floral Penney's dress. The belt is missing but you could use another vintage blue, yellow or white belt. This is a vintage 16.5, which translates to a modern 9/10. It is shown on a modern day size 8 mannequin and could actually fit an 8-10 I am guessing. View measurements below.
Condition: good shape, missing belt. material is like an acetate. I would dry-clean it or wash in cold and hang dry.
