This is a vintage men's late 1950's/early 1960's formal blazer suit jacket with black velvet collar. This would be a 38 since the chest measurement is a 40 and it should be large enough to allow for underclothing.
Does not have a size tag, only a union tag and label.
Condition notes: lining has some discoloration on the underarms
Length: 33" (top shoulder to bottom hem)
Chest: 40" circumference taken flat and buttoned up
