This is a vintage 1992 (it is dated) Betty Boop "Betty's Diner" t-shirt. It does not look like it was ever worn, it has a small mark on it shown in photos and the glitter is all still intact. I would hand wash it inside out to keep the glitter looking good. Size L. Label says Diamond Dust.
