This is a vintage 1970's light blue sheer victorian revival blouse. It is in excellent shape except for the elastic that is a bit stretched out or worn from age. No label, only 70's style size tag (see photos). Shown on a modern day size 8 mannequin and that is probably the max size for this shirt. Two metal back hook and eye closures only, one at the top and one at the bottom.
