This is a vintage 1980's preppy college varsity style sweatshirt. This is probably a sweatshirt that was sold in a teen shop in the mall like The Deb or Ups N Downs. It was made in the USA and is a cotton/poly blend. It is hard to find white shirts this old that have no stains and come in great shape. The label is Winterset, not to be confused with the college.
