This is a vintage 1970's handmade belted striped burlap cotton dress with a sash belt. It is shown on a modern day size 8 mannequin.
Condition notes: does have a little discoloration on the back inside neck that you would not see when wearing (see photos). This does have pockets.

Bust (underarm to underarm seam): 36"
Waist: 26-29" max but (can be cinched tighter with sash belt)
Hip: 42" (should flow loosely)
