This is a vintage 1970's blue Miss Elliette chiffon dress (unsure if silk chiffon or a synthetic material, it does not say). It is a vintage size 12 (fits my modern size 8 mannequin well).
Condition notes: good shape, has shoulder pads, no pockets, no belt loops but a belt could be worn with. It does say dry clean only.
