This is a JM II jumpsuit designed by Irving Mitzman, a division of Julie Miller. It says 100% Nyesta, it can be hand washed or washed in cold and hung dry. This is a vintage size 8 but does not zip up on my modern day 8 mannequin so I would suggest it for a modern day size 5/6. It comes in excellent shape but has belt loops without it's belt. This is not black and white, it is black & cream or black and off-white. The pants are a wide leg & this feels kind of like lycra, it is form fitting or supposed to be.

Waist: 24-26" max, can be cinched smaller with a belt
Hip: 36" unstretched but can stretch to 40"
Inseam: 31"
Front rise (crotch seam to top shoulder): 30-30 1/2"
