This is a vintage 1960's mod era red plaid corduroy cotton Talbot's wrap skirt. It also has the tag for (I assume the boutique where it was sold), Meadowbank Stamford, CT. This is probably a size M, shown on a modern day size 8 mannequin but would probably fit a modern 8-10. Excellent shape. Does have a couple navy blue dot sized marks but almost appears like that happened when they made or dyed the material.
