This is a vintage 1960's mod era A-line couture designer label, Geoffrey Beene boutique, which is pretty hard to find. This one also has the store label where it was sold. Swanson's on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. This store no longer exists today. This is a flattering silhouette but does not zip up my modern day size 8 mannequin so view measurements below.
Condition notes: lace on the underarms is purple colored from age/sun etc as well as a lighter bit of discoloration on the rest of the lace that is not as noticeable as the underarms. Could possibly be dyed black again possibly. missing belt but would look great with a black satin sash belt.
