This is a vintage 1980's Chico's Design 100% cotton elastic waisted skirt with pockets. This is a brand I normally am not into but for a 1980's print, I was drawn to it. It has overall fading from washings/wear & says size 2, made in Turkey. This is not American sizing on this one, it is more of a size L or XL. This is super big on the size 8 mannequin it is shown on. Does have some pull at base of one pocket seam (see photos).
